Hey out there. It is January 22 tomorrow is Mark's 19th birthday.  He has turned into such a good young man.  I have no idea what to get him.  Was gonna give him the escape now it's fixed but whoa, the insurance is so expensive, ridiculous.   Trying to confirm my Africa trip, i am excited but a little nervous at the same time.  See you soon.

Notice that i was able to write backward this time and look how well it turned out.

Another day at home

Spent another day at home, just didn't feel like going in to the office, did some exercise, went for a walk and watched a movie, ho hum.  I do have a long busy day tomorrow then i am driving Marks team to cranbrook on Saturday so they can secure their 10th straight league loss.

Just me and my dog hanging out.  At least somebody loves me enough to hang out with me. Oh whoa is me.

One Week In

Hey everyone (it's really only you Nik, nobody else has seen it).  check out the video, all my friends are on it, mom and lucy.  It was great talking to you yesterday, sometimes its hard to believe you are on the other side of the world.

Do i look any different, it's been about a week.  Stayed home all day today, only went outside for a couple of minutes, ah it's good to be king.

Day 4

Just finished my P90X workout, Core Synergy, i was sweatin, it is gettin a little easier and i am definitely working harder and getting more flexible. Can't you tell from my picture.  I do need to take a better picture but this is off the Mac cam.  Check in with you tomorrow.

Thursday today, didn't go to work, had a terrible sleep. I have been doing this new fitness program for a week and i think i bonked last night.  Today was my day of rest but did an hour of stretching, i need to stretch. Feel good though, like the workout and look forward to it.  Wet is the theme, rain rain, lots of snow melting.

The Beginning

This is day 1. My intention here is to document my daily journey to old age. I know that my physical appearance changes daily, but ever so slightly, until one day you look in the mirror and realize that i am getting old.
